Recreation Programs
TAP is carried by its rec programs. These are open to any players from grades 1-12. All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to play.
Grades 1-4
Instructional programs are offered for students in grades 1-4. The purpose of this program is to encourage players to enjoy the game of basketball. We focus on the basketball fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, and most importantly, having fun. These groups meet once a week on Saturdays at Hawthorne Brook Middle School. The divisions are broken down in the following ways.

This program runs from
12/6 - 2/14.
Cost: $110
Grades 5-8
Recreational programs are offered for students in grades 5-8. The purpose of this program is to bring more structure and competitiveness to the game of basketball while also keeping it fun. Players are placed on teams. Each team will practice once a week on Monday nights at a school in Townsend or Pepperell and play one game each Saturday in Pepperell or Ayer.

This program runs from 11/24 - mid February.
Cost: $125
High School
High School recreational programs are offered to any high school player. The purpose of this program is to give high schoolers a chance to keep playing basketball in a structured setting. Players are placed on teams. Each team will play one game a week on Saturday. There are no practices in the high school division. The divisions are broken down in the following ways.

This program only runs if we meet the minimum requirement for players (24). Payment will only be asked for if the minimum is met.
